WASHINGTON DC – International Brothers of Teamsters General President Jim Hoffa released a statement endorsing Keith Ellison for DNC Chair. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is the 4th largest union in the country representing more than 1.4 million hardworking men and women.
Keith Ellison is also endorsed by the AFL-CIO, United Steelworkers, American Federation of Government Employees, Communications Workers of America, UNITE HERE, and National Nurses United.
Keith is also endorsed by union presidents and leaders such as Lee Saunders of American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Randi Weingarten of the American Federation of Teachers, Leo Gerard of United Steelworkers, Chris Shelton of Communications Workers of America, RoseAnn DeMoro of National Nurses United, Lawrence Hanley of Amalgamated Transit Union, Mark Dimondstein of American Postal Workers Union, Rev. and Terry L. Melvin of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists and Secretary-Treasurer of the New York State AFL-CIO.
